Dionysus, the God of the Vine and Wine

Book launch of Maria’s Papanikolaou storybook, entitled "Dionysus, the God of the Vine and Wine" and published by Idifono, at the Achaean Winery (Katsikosta Winery, Aigio) on 24/8/24 as part of the Oinoxeneia event.

A beautiful tale that tells the incredible story of the god Dionysus and how the vine came to humans. It is also available in English translated by Erna Walter and it is a great honor that the president of Iter Vitis of the Council of Europe, Mrs. Emanuela Panke, has chosen it to be given in Hungary to all members of the cultural routes of Europe. Storyteller and writer Maria Papanikolaou told the story of God Dionysus and “enchanted” not only young children but older adults as well. She was accompanied musically by Sakis Papadimitriou.
