Our participation in Iter Vitis

The Gastronomic Culture is now a strategic choice for the regions where the ITER VITIS Greece network operators are active.

Given that tourism in the present and in the future will be more and more connected to the place, its people and products, this initiative contributes both to the dissemination of the principles and values of the Council of Europe and the corresponding of our regions, with a focus on the wine heritage.

We, the participating bodies, owe such a heritage to protect it, highlight it, transmit it and of course utilize it in modern terms, in favor of local societies, in favor of local entrepreneurship and in general in favor of local development.
At the same time, this participation is an important opportunity for extroversion and creating the conditions to "narrate" our regions through another perspective.

The relationship of food, wine, art, tourism, culture, as well as the history, traditions and customs that accompany it, ensure the conditions for a dynamic quality proposal - offer and discovery of regions and sectors. We want to contribute to this effort through our actions, collaborating with other local and international organizations.
